Welcome to Value Enhancement International. VEI provides international investment management and consulting services, primarily in emerging markets. Its efforts are undertaken with the explicit objective of achieving a positive economic and social impact, together with (where appropriate) financial returns, and most focus on improving the private sector.
VEI leverages its own resources with an extensive network of
relationships in the countries in which it operates. It believes that
these relationships—at senior levels of government, business, NGO’s,
foundations, and the international donor community—significantly
enhance the quality and effectiveness of its investment management and
consulting work.

Paul. V. Applegarth, former CEO of the Millennium Challenge
Corporation, and a pioneer in private equity investment in emerging
markets.
